18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct published on fandom.xxx were over the age of 18 at the time the material was created.

Where the records are

fandom.xxx hosts pages for independent performers. For material appearing on a performer's page, that performer is the producer and holds the original records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. Each page carries its own custodian statement naming the producer of the material it shows.
