Refunds

Thirty days, no argument

Ask within 30 days of a first payment and you get all of it back, including the domain fee. You keep the domain. We would rather lose the registration cost than have somebody feel stuck with something that was not for them.

After thirty days

Renewals can be canceled at any time and stop the next charge. We do not pro-rate part of a year that has already run, because the domain for that year is already paid to the registry.

If verification fails

If you cannot complete age or identity verification, the account is closed and refunded in full, whenever that happens.

How to ask

Write to help@fandom.xxx from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five business days.
