Privacy
Privacy is most of what this service sells, so this page is short and specific.
What we hold
- Your name, email address and the domain you chose.
- A payment token from Braintree. We never see or store a card number.
- The content you upload for your page.
- Server logs, including IP addresses, kept for 30 days.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers.
- We do not put your legal name on your public page. Your page shows the stage name you give it.
- We do not publish your registrant details. WHOIS is proxied on every domain we register.
Verification documents
Age and identity checks are handled by our verification processor. The documents go to them, not to us. We receive a pass or fail and the date. We do not store copies of your identification.
Who else sees anything
Only the services that make the product work: the domain registrar, the payment gateway, the verification processor, the CDN and our email sender. Each gets the minimum it needs. We disclose data to anyone else only under a valid legal order, and will tell you unless the order forbids it.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to help@fandom.xxx. Deleting the account removes the page and its content. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
