fandom.xxx is operated by Find Your Net, LLC. Using the service means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view and produce adult content where you live. Everyone who publishes a page is verified as 18 or over before it goes live. Accounts that fail verification are closed and refunded.

What you are buying

One domain registration, hosting for one page, age verification, and the setup and import tools, billed once a year. There are no tiers. The annual fee is held for the life of the account unless registry costs for your extension change, in which case we will tell you at least 30 days before a renewal.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You give us only the license needed to host it, resize it, cache it on a CDN and show it on your page. You confirm that you own or have cleared everything you upload, that every performer shown is 18 or over, and that you keep the records 18 U.S.C. 2257 requires.

What is not allowed

  • Anyone under 18, depicted or implied, in any form. This ends the account immediately and is reported.
  • Content published without the consent of everyone in it.
  • Content you do not have the rights to.
  • Anything illegal where it is hosted or where you are.
  • Using the service to harass, dox or impersonate somebody.

Your domain

The domain is registered in your name, not ours. If you cancel, you keep it. We will unlock it and hand over the transfer code on request, at no charge, provided the current registration year is paid.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your admin. We can close an account that breaks the rules above, and will refund the unused part of the year unless the reason was content involving minors or non-consensual material.

The boring part

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will never be unavailable. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
